Good Afternoon! Just a quick announcement regarding the order system.
We are now changing our payment policy to avoid conflicts between online orders and walk-in buyers. Starting Monday next week, all who will place an order online, will now only be given 24 HOURS to pay. We have experienced so many troubles regarding this. There are times when a certain order will be placed online and at the same time a walk-in buyer will purchase that specific product which is ordered online. This is very critical especially if only there's only 1 more stock remaining.
To avoid conflicts with this, especially during SALE, we are cutting down the payment time. We now can't afford to wait for another day for you to send us the payment. We do hope you understand our situation. It's very hard to manage orders online and at the same time accept walk-in buyers.
Also, we HIGHLY suggest to call and not text our office to verify if we still have stocks before purchasing online. This will be beneficial to you and to us. We also recommend that you should only place an order online if you're 100% sure that you'll be able to pay within the next 24 hours.
If you can't comply, we are very sorry but we will have to cancel the order.
